The Challenge
An IT-savvy technical trainer was required to be quickly mobilized in order to deliver a series of two-day highly technical face-to-face hands-on training sessions.
The Solution
Delivered hands-on training to enable the effective use of the LMIS.Stat software solution for labour market data management. Performed post-training qualitative and quantitative training review, analysed course data, and presented analytical results in written format. Training delivered in Saint Kitts August 3-4 and Belize August 10- 11.
The aim of the training was to teach stakeholders how to use LMIS in the development of policy and planning. This initiative was facilitated under the 10th European Development Fund CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME) Economic Integration Programme.
