Our Mission

To deliver a coordinated K-12 financial literacy curricula that build financial capabilities and prepare individuals in schools and recent graduates to participate confidently in the formal financial system, in support of Jamaica’s financial inclusion goals.

FLJ's Core Capabilities

FLJ draws on Howard Campbell’s proven track record, including the JSE’s Certificate in Social Sector Management, UNICEF Jamaica’s Adolescent Learner Driver and Rider Curriculum, and established relationships across Jamaica’s financial education landscape spanning 26+ years of curriculum development experience.

FLJ delivers through seven interconnected capabilities:

1. Stakeholder Relationship Building – Facilitate collaboration between the Bank’s financial inclusion partners in the public and private sectors
2. Curriculum Architecture Design – Create comprehensive K-12 financial literacy frameworks connecting fragmented programs
3. Program Integration Planning – Transform isolated initiatives into a coordinated pathway
4. Implementation Strategy Development – Create phased rollout plans with pilot programs and partner agreements
5. Learning Materials Development – Create workbooks, teacher guides, and digital resources aligned with curriculum frameworks
