We are a boutique-style consulting business that provides a wide spectrum of services that support the wholistic development of the K–12 education ecosystem, vocational education and training systems, and other people development needs that support national development.

Howard Campbell
Principal Consultant
Howard Campbell is an experienced global education consultant with deep expertise gained from his 26-year professional career spanning the fields of education, business management, information technology, and curriculum publishing. His experience includes roles as teacher, department head, senior examiner, textbook author, publisher, test developer, software developer, and international education consultant. He has completed consultancy projects financed by the Commonwealth of Learning, CIDA, the European Commission, , the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Bank, among others. Howard leads the Technology and Innovation as well as the Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment Practice Groups.
Dr. Karren Dunkley
Senior Associate, Education research and institutional strengthening practice group
Dr. Karren Dunkley is an educator, transformational leader, and social advocate. Karren is an expert in education and leadership development and is one of the most internationally recognised Jamaican-born educators in the United States. She holds a doctorate in urban education with a concentration in organization and leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University; masters degrees in political science and education leadership from St. John’s University, and Columbia University, respectively, and a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in education from St. John’s University. She is the principal/CEO of KND Consulting, LLC and the leader of HCA’s Education Research and Institutional Strengthening Practice Group.
