EZLearner Inc, a Barbados-based company, required technical assistance to prepare and submit a bid in relation to the Government of Jamaica’s Tablets in Schools project being implemented by e-Learning Jamaica.

- negotiate a contract to provide access codes to ezLearner apps;
- manage the fulfilment of contractual obligations;
- recruit and onboard in-market talent to support project implementation;
